What we collect

When you order or contact us, we may collect:

• Name
• Email
• Phone
• Delivery address
• Order details (kit size, measurements you enter, order notes)
• Messages you send us

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems. Stripe may show us limited payment metadata (for example last four digits, card brand, and whether a payment succeeded) so we can fulfil and reconcile orders.

If you only browse, your cart is stored in your browser (local storage) until you check out. That stays on your device unless you clear it.

Why we use it

We use that information to:

• Pack and post your kit
• Reply to you
• Process refunds or returns when needed
• Keep records required for GST and basic bookkeeping

We do not sell contact lists or hand your details to marketers.

Who else sees it

• Stripe — payments
• Australia Post / courier — name and delivery address so the parcel can be delivered
• Accountants or bookkeeping tools we use for GST and tax records, if we use them

We only share what is needed for that job.

How long we keep it

Order and contact records are kept for as long as we need them for fulfilment, refunds, and tax. If you ask us to delete something we no longer need to keep, we will.

Your choices

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask for a correction
• Ask for deletion where we do not need to keep it for law or tax

We will reply in plain English.

Analytics and cookies

The cart uses local storage in your browser. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this page and say what they do.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and change the date below.
